I agree with you 100%! In fact, I believe we went through this same exercise about (6) months ago when Petit sold HDIE stock to help fund the Petit school for ??? at GA Tech. Regardless, insiders will buy and sell - IMO, this is a non-event.

It appears today's drop, particularly during the last hour was margin driven. As the real float gets smaller, expect more volatility on both sides of the equation. JMO; I'm not sure if we've reached the bottom yet - but, at this level, HDIE is an excellent buy and I wouldn't be surprised to see more institutional buying come to the table...

Gosh, David. That was enlightening. Sounds like you have Petit figured out.

Too bad my comment that you replied to wasn't about Petit's sale.

It was about those other sales that Charliss documented.

You think those sellers might be close to retirement, too? If so, isn't that an amazing coincidence! Will wonders never cease!
