sAs,

So do we make the assumption that if the board members are buying Vivus shares that they know that a domestic partnering deal is imminent? Or perhaps these board members already know what they are going to do with the $8M in milestone payments (as in shoving it up the short's a@#%s)?

Do those still holding the 6,300,000+ shares short think they will have forever to cover? I hope when the momentum on this stock changes nobody is willing to sell their holdings until the share price is well into double digits. Time will tell.

Go Vivus.

<<i have confirmed that all the board members of VVUS have purchased shares last week as to the size it is not know yet but this is great news for sure... >>

And the window is still open, expect to see more buying at these levels.

One more point, again. Vivus execs are all in buying mode, Pfizer execs are all selling. It is a FACT that execs will only buy when undervalued, and they will usually sell when overvalued. Some argue that Pfizer execs are just performing routine selling. That is BS. I see one Pfizer guy dumping $11 mil in stock. The average executive sale at Pfizer is $5 mil. What a scam. This is not routine selling. Something is seriously wrong with this picture...something big is going down.

From what source EXACTLY did you confirm 'that all the board members of VVUS have purchased shares last week'?
