Haim, personally I'd play LU thru LU. I posted to the Ascend thread when they just meet consensus that pehaps the reason they bought Stratus (very ill-fitting) was to hide a shortfall in the onetime R&D charge they made. Interestingly, that subject became more topical as it was highlighted by CNBC as a common practise by tech companies over the next few days. My personal feeling is that the reason the spread is growing is that perhaps LU may renegotiate the deal - just speculation of course ... but my gut feeling says be careful with Ascend.
