good... i like how you provided a link to posts that you thought were misleading...

you are correct... it is an SEC matter.... SI has its rights to ban whoever it wants... and let the legal system take its course... i can see how unsuspecting people can get took...

well... too bad that there are so many people that play with him....
they should be more cautious than using someone else's posts as a guide to trading...

and hopefully there aren't so many newbies trading penny stocks... if they are i don't think they are educated enough to handle trading...

i might start a course for newbies on the fundamentals of equities... whadya think?

isoman.... good work... i guess i was so naive to think that people were cautious when trading or investing... you should get a commendation by SI...

i will let ADMIN know of my position regarding this matter...

Guys I applaud your efforts and coming together, but what you are trying to do is get rid of a name.

Rosario would just come back as another alias. Beleive me, it's happened before.

Think about it. How many posters on SI have multiple alias' and we don't even know about it.

I don't like Rosario's style either, but I don't think you're efforts will pay off in the end. IMO

It is a good way to warn newbies though. Everytime Rosario makes a post, someone should post a link to this thread and the Hall of Fame.

Yes the sec will get to him in good time, but with only 100 of them to battle online stock scams, it will be awhile.

The more complaints they get about him the QUICKER they will INVESTIGATE him!
