Not an awful lot, and nothing as it relates to CKFR. Historically Visa and MC have been in lockstep, and it generally doesn't take long for the laggard to imitate the leader. In this case Visa may really be digging in its heels, since letting Citi go is a huge loss to them. Because Citi has been paying lots of association dues to Visa, it's either going to cost the remaining Visa banks more or they'll have to cut back on some of their expenses. The "branding" issue has been looming large with most of the big banks for a long time, so I'd guess that Visa will begin to grudgingly give ground.
