Thanks I.N. for setting the record straight. Lev said in the CC 1800 to breakeven on one shift. And the batteries being produced are 4 per minute (laptop) and 25 per minute (cellphone).

Furthermore, at least one of the descriptions of the meeting said that when Lev referenced 4 (batteries/cells) per minute, he said this in reference to capacity as opposed to a sustainable level of production, which is what is implied here.
