You are right Ticker. we heard the same cries of fear from some people when Petit announced he was selling 150K last time at $3. "There must be something wrong " some said. "Why would he sell if something bad wasn't coming"? others said. The stock then started trading 10 times normal volume and went from 3 to 10. As you said a non event. People should realize that Petit's actions are meaningless. If Murrie, Sharry and the rest of them start to sell I will take notice. What people don't see in SEC filings is all the buying by other HDIe employees who are not required to file.
