Thanks for posting the PP's. IMHOO, this is extremely cheap paper. But, let's just wait a few days for a PR by the operator of ELH #1 and see where these stocks close the week. Then let's revisit the question. I'll be quite hungry for a good serving of crow by then !!

Thanks for the report.
I notice that the shares issued are substantially lower than previously reported.

SOG shows 13 million, plus 1.4 million - down from 18.7 million.
HTP shows 6.5 million, plus 0.7 million - down from 9.5 million.

This still adds up to the merged amount posted earlier, of 21.6 million.

Things do seem a little shady. I am confused by the numbers.
Do you think my 10,000 HTP would still be 10,000 HTP after the merger is done?
