Jim, The "No debt" part is not really correct. What you probably meant to report was no Long-Term debt. Don't forget the $5 mil they just borrowed in december in the convertable deal. Looks like that the debt will be convertable into shares at the end of this month, which should add 10% or so to the float. The company reported 5.3 million in sales. They spent all of that, plus the 5 million they borrowed and then some. You would think that my wife was working for them as "Vice President of Spending". regards, bb
