Al and Clyde, you point out some good reasons why Bob Bell wanted to own an existing private company in China, instead of doing a joint venture there.

Because the primary market for American ginseng has been China, RMGG must do business there, and it would seem that RMGG has the best possible advantage of the North American producers.
