I still think that the valuation would be rich at 50, based on P/R. However, so many people have said "Well, there are 2 blue chips in the Internet sector, AOL and YHOO". So, a lot of funds will start moving in when they see YHOO correct enough, even if the valuation does not fit any of their conventional models. It is true that no one can really be sure of the future and everyone wants into the sector.

Of course, if the e-stocks get hammered badly enough, many people will start thinking a bit more rationally. People who are calling for these stocks to correct already are actually doing the sector a service.
