Eternally the VECO optimist, I think their b/b ratio of 1.2 was the most significant factor and their eps did not look bad considering the condition of their market.

I may buy back some of the VECO shares I sold 2 weeks ago (sold at $56-58/sh). If it has been less than 31 days, does buying 'em back negate the capital gain tax consequences of the previous sale? I have always understood how the wash rule negates the tax advantages of capital losses but have never had the occasion to learn whether it also negates the tax liability of cap gains. Any of you investment geniuses also tax geniuses?
