Stephan,

>>>> there is some legislation that maybe passed in March which will mandate that some medical drug precriptions be open to cover under the government program. I caught this recently, but am not familiar with your medical health program. My understanding is that it will undermine present margins of all the drug companies. <<<<<<

Thanks for the heads up on the DRUGs. If anyone can add to this please do. I guess it wont help the DOW too much if such gets passed.

My short-term trades last about a week on stocks and 2-3 days on indexes.

I was busy at the time ... but did I hear Cramer say that the major problem with yesterdays sell-off was a fund liquidating to prepare for/meet redemptions ???. Err ... if that was true ... this could be rather bad methinks. Where there's one, there's often more. Appreciate confirmation ... thanks. By the by ... no replies re Jerry Favors ... I guess we all prefer our own double act (GG)

Regards

Stephen
