Is there any practical, technical or business reason why AT&T will go to any flavor of CDMA - either a converged standard or CDMA2000 or WCDMA if separate - within 3 tp 5 years - or ever? Does anyone have a clue what AT&T's wireless game plan is? Chaz

JGoren, do you or anyone else remember the hearing date of the Qualcomm/Ericsson patent litigation in Marshall, Texas? Isn't that coming up soon, perhaps the end of this month or sometime next month? Still on track? I can't find any info on Qs website and my fingers go numb at the prospect of hunting and pecking through the thousands of back posts on this tread . . . By the way, Marginmike, do you have a wine recommendation to go with monitor? How about a "Shar-done-a" as in "Q's shar done a good job of hanging in there these past few days".
