playing the devil's advocate, what do you think of that next paragraph in the API story? U.S. gasoline inventories, up over 2 million barrels compared to the prior week, and up over 9 million barrels from the same week last year? All in all, the mkt is still grossly saturated with the most popular product that the refineries produce. From that perspective, the "U.S. crude oil inventories are 0.35 million barrels down compared with the same period a year ago" doesn't look that impressive. IMO.

Selling Puts ! - now, finally someone who gets it ! Gee thanks, I'am underwhelmed by your support. Slider, your response to Thean was ugly, stupid and racist. He is a decent guy who did not deserve that. I don't think he even meant to post to this thread. His "inbred" remark, while a poor choice of words, was just his belief, right or wrong, that SD was just oil bulls agreeing with one another. Your response to Dwight Karlsen was another dumb post. All the guy said was that he is negative on the patch, a perfectly reasonable outlook. Diana G is an important contributor to this thread who posts too infrequently. She was trying to remind you that respect for opposing views is important as well as civility. You are lapsing back into the same kind of conduct that got you kicked off last fall and you are doing this thread a disservice by running off anyone who doesn't agree with you. Listening to those who don't share your views is the single most important benefit of the SD thread. Without that, all you have is a cheerleading squad.
