OT - SuperScan Elite 751

I thought mine did 1600x1200 at 60 Hz, but maybe it is 72Hz. I get "flicker fever" when I work at anything less than 80Hz. Of course, for gaming 60Hz refresh is more than adequate. It's mainly when I have a white screen that it's a problem.

The 19" Elite 751 was based on the 17" chassis, which is why it was so inexpensive. Looks like the new 21" ones are as well. Still, these things are not small, just a lot less deep than a standard 21".

I would like to think we are bordering on the end of the CRT monitor era, and that flat screens will rule. But if the prices keep dropping like this, it might be until HDTV is prevalent before we see the LCD screens take over.

Can someone send me a link to a review of the new Hitachi 21" monitors if you know of one?
