Yamakita, Analysts will upgrade as soon as the spin off is announced IMO with the exception possibly of Vik Grover. His ego may not let him and other reasons. I have spoken to two who have confirmed that they will do so. Reason being that not only will the company ve increasing shareholder value but to these telco analysts gross margin is everything. They know that the spin off of the internet facilities will bring 8-10 cents more per Q to the bottom line and expand gross margins. The interesting thing will be to see which analyst has the guts to upgrade or reiterate in the days before the spinoff. Someone will. THAT person, I will follow closely in the future and probably open an account with their firm.
