If Sam's Club would offer me $42 today for the right to put up their signs, I'd take it. At least the shareholders should be allowed to vote on it. As I understand the poison pill concept - anyone's poison pill - Sam's could not make a hostile offer because the PSUN board would declare it 'poison' and force Sam's to divest at $21 (half-price, for PSUN specifically).

Personally, I think that has preempted my right to profit from my investment. Shouldn't the shareholders be able to hear Sam's Club out for a proxy vote? The only party protected here is the PSUN management.

Sir Dabasir, I'll bet you don't think we read all the posts on this thread!! -- However, back when I owned more than 15 percent of the company NOBODY came and made me sell my shares --- I performed that self-mutilation all by myself!!. And the wounds won't heal until I get my stake back.. ((I promise to try to keep it under 15 percent, if you are going to get snooty about this))...
Don't let the sand get into your computer the next couple of weeks ..
