The big Asian markets down overnight - but not panicky: the same is true of Europe at mid-morning. CPQ down 1.57% on Frankfurt. It is up to the US markets to make their own bed today.

Victor: Any sense of why there is a "neutral view" for CPQ but not DELL?

This question is _not_ based on a CPQ is better than Dell or Dell is better than CPQ assumption on my part. Rather, if both are considered "box makers," I should expect them to be in the same area of the recommendation, whether it be the neutral or "gaining momentum" list.
