Sounds like your place is beautiful. There aren't any farms left around here, it's all agribusiness with no room left for the pheasants and quail. No cattle and the hogs are now raised in factories. Isn't amazing how you can have your land sharecropped with thousands and thousands of dollars going out for seed and chemicals and coming in from the sales of grain on just a howdy and a handshake? And not get screwed? The guys who saddle up their John Deeres and work the soil have an ethic that seems to be lost in our cities.
