Anybody remember the article in NEWSWEEK ar BUSINESSWEEK a couple of years ago about JBOH...... Under investigation then also. It ran good last week but I just couldn't buy it..... Short is probably a great play. No position here...

You're a little late.... Should have initiated a short above 16... Plus JBOH has taken action regarding these allegations...that is why they have been restructuring and started by firing their former head while taking back his stock options... z
