Not sure I understand your question. I have generally preferred to use puts rather than short stock. If one likes shorting, then the e-stock sector has been a great shorting opp. Will it continue to be? It looks like it to me.

Someone else through out the $50 price and asked for comment. When I look at YHOO from any kind of a fundamental analysis, it is way too high. YHOO will continue to grow and make money, but can they continue to do it long enough and fast enough to justify their P/R?

Short term, stock prices have a lot of emotion and dreams built in.

Long term, which is what many people on this board claim to be their view, a stock needs earnings to justify its price.
