(OTC Bulletin Board: PCTR) today reported improved financial results for the first nine months and third quarter of fiscal year 1999 compared with those of a year ago. For the nine month period, revenues increased approximately 38% over the year before, and net income increased by approximately 48%. Third quarter results were also improved over the year earlier, with an approximately 22% increase in revenues and an approximately 10% increase in profit. Perceptronics' profit for the nine month period ending December 31, 1998 was $141,246, or $0.03 a share on total revenues of $3,567,884. In comparison, for the first nine months a year ago, the Company reported a profit of $95,338, or $0.02 a share, on total revenues of $2,578,524. For the third fiscal quarter ending December 31, 1998, Perceptronics showed a profit of $59,809, or $0.01 a share, on total revenues of $1,259,782. For the same period a year ago, the Company showed a profit of $54,479 on total revenues of $1,031,115.
