Sheldon, it still looks like a sick puppy to me. They narrowed their losses only through a one time sale of Intellectual Property, I wish they told us how much of the sales were involved to get a better image. The fact that they managed to get equity into the company is positive, maybe someone thinks that they can be turned. I'd like to see the full report before additional comment, but some elements in the balance sheet are worrysome, they have large accts receivable and inventories and somehow they have a big chunk of payable ($8 MM vs quarterly sales of $9 MM) which is quite unusual.
