If you're interested in writing (i.e. selling) the Dell 85 puts, you've got guts for sure and are bolder than most. I know it's one way to increase your net long deltas in a specific holding (DELL), but as I've always said, trying to buy your puts back in a market slide is like trying to catch a falling knife.

Better to just buy more stock IMO. Now's a good time to buy the stock at somewhat of a discount. It gets you the deltas to increase your net long position. But whatever you decide will be right for you, I am sure.

Good luck with your investment position.
