Here's a question:
If USAI shareholders stand to own 61.5% of the new company and USAI is trading at 40,
And LCOS shareholders stand to own 30% of the new company and LCOS is trading at 80,
Doesn't it make sense to sell your LCOS and put it into USAI, if you believe in this merger long term?

Paul Noglows was on Digital Jam tonight and he reiterated his buy on LCOS and predicted that the USAI/LCOS deal would go through. He said the valuation should be at the price LCOS traded prior to the ATHM/XCIT merger was announced or 127. He said that this price is a fair value for LCOS. He also recommended AOL as a strong buy and CMGI, INKT, SUNW, BRCM as buys. He spent the majority of his interview with Bruce Francis discussion the USAI/LCOS merger. I try to watch Digital Jam every night as it is an excellent review of the high tech market and gets better each week.
