QCOM can be a very bold company when they need to be. They have always managed to crush the competition in whatever business they have entered. They were latecomers into the Fleet tracking business and now they are runaway leaders. Rockwell, Motorola have left the business, Highwaymaster is bankrupt, and American Sattelite Mobile is struggling on the brink while Omnitracs is flourishing. Ericsson simply does not know what is in store for them.
