WebQuill to Provide Dial-Up Internet Access and Web Hosting to California ISP's Customer Base STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1999--Sirco International Corp. (NASDAQ: SIRC - news) announced today that its Internet services subsidiary, WebQuill Internet Services LLC., has reached an agreement to become the underlying Internet Service Provider for CompuNet Technologies, a California based ISP. Included in the services to be provided by WebQuill are dial-up Internet access, Web hosting and Web design. WebQuill will provide Internet access service to these customers through its previously announced nationwide dial-up access network.
