For those who wonder where the volume is, Becky's post is why this correction is not really in gear yet, and why the volume is low. Most shareholders are afraid of feeling foolish 6 mos. or a year from now. I know that feeling. Of course, that was then with AOL. Is now a bit different?

If E-Bay makes all the right moves, like AOL did, then they will eventually come back up to $300. Hopefully, by the end of this year. Unfortunately 1999 is such a wild card year because of Y2K. Best of luck to you, though.

Becky, I was waiting to here what you had decided to do with your EBAY before I made my recommendation to you. I will not go on record to tell you to sell it or hold it, for what ever advise you receive will be wrong, no matter whom you receive it from. I would recommend that you recover some of your loss by selling "covered" calls on your position and looking at the calls I would sell the July $345 call for about $34! The premiums are bringing lots of premium and I've been selling the $300 and above calls on EBAY anywhere from Mar. out to the July's for the past week or so naked! In other words I believe EBAY will stay believe $300 from now until July. Hank
