(OTC:DMEC - news) in the business of distributing and selling video cassettes, general merchandise, a patented toy and chromium gift cards, announced today the launching of their E-Commerce Web Site diamond-entertainment.com which is scheduled for March 1999. The site will offer Diamond's proprietary video line of religious, educational and classic film
titles. The videos will consist of multi-pack titles such as a 5 Pack video of ''Lucile Ball,'' 5 pack video of ''Dick Van
Dyke,'' also including other video titles such as the high quality 9 animated episodes of the religious ''Testaments,'' and
computer tutorial series such as the ''Family Guide to Internet,'' etc.

The Web Site will also offer Diamond's proprietary line of CineChome(TM) Collectible (Greeting) Cards featuring such
well-known images created by Norman Rockwell for the Saturday Evening Post, which are available for sale now. Also
available for sale in April 1999 will be images under exclusive licensing agreements with Universal Studios from the
following feature films and television shows:

Animal House Classic Psycho The Lost World Psycho '98 Jurassic Park Bruce Lee The Munsters Xena: Warrior
Princess Creature from the Black Lagoon Hercules: The Legendary Journeys The Mummy Woody Woodpecker

The Web Site will also have available in April 1999, under an exclusive arrangement with two companies in China, a line
of furniture products manufactured by Glory Fame and a line consisting of crystal products produced by Yee-Ming, one
of the leading crystal manufacturing company in China.
