I took PLCO's transaction log and emailed it along with some other information to a friend of mine who has been a trader a lot longer than I have. My feeling is now that it was a buy and NO ONE and I mean NO ONE buys 50K without knowing something is going to happen. And something BIG at that. JMHO....

UPDATE: Just talked to someone "close to the company". They will be having a conference later this afternoon. Management just arrived from the Toy show in NY. Once the conference is over we can expect to hear something tomorrow or Thur.

Just got off the phone with Jim Frakes the CFO of PlayCo. It is in fact true that the Ps convert to 6 shares of common in late Dec. He would not comment on The stock, Ps, Cs or Ws which is no surprise.
