Hi Rich, thanks for the calculations, couple of quick comments: we can probably produce a few more cellphone bicells than you indicated. Suggest about 5 times the number of laptop bicells vs. 3-4. However, looks like there are more bicells per cellphone cell than indicated in your last. Please note that cellphone models run 3.3-9.0 mm thickness . (The 43D cellphone cell is 8.6 mm thick).The laptop cell is 4.45 mm thick. I'm basing the above on the assumption that all data sheets furnished sofar are referencing "cells", not "batteries". That is, the numbered cellphone batteries are actually single cells. What do you think?
