edamo: please clarify re: <when the time comes that you believe dell will turn, instead of averaging down with the common, sell puts and back into the common> Are you talking about when you feel the common will be dropping further? What does it mean to "back into" the common. During a day like today, if I want to write covered puts, which would you recommend. Please assume in you answer, if you would, that my objective is to raise money in the account, but that my objective is not really to have additional shares put to me. Thank you.
