JAS,

PVII is a good one to stalk for movement on volume. It is currently in a retest of a break out. With a move up from this retest on heavy volume, it should start an intermediate term (more than a month or two) climb to above 9. I initially picked it at the break out for the short term pop. Once it did that, it set itself up for the intermediate term potential.
