No, I am not aware of that. Never had a need to know that, before... In the December 14th letter to the "loyal long term shareholders" Sylver mentions the $536,582.05 in sales without the assistance of a marketing or advertising program due to the illegal shorting of the stock. I wonder how they justified the copier expenditure at that time? Based on revenues and losses, one would think they should have waited. Surely you're aware that not all copiers, even top-of-the-line models, pick up those legends on restricted stock. It's a real problem, and as a relatively young company, AZNT probably wasn't aware of it when they signed the equipment lease. I think Mikey should sue.
