Yep, drill programs on the go or about to be by several companies. Ashton maintains their work programs. Today's release tells no one anything about what the samples indicated, other than that each 50kg's worth didn't turn up any diamonds to speak of. Ashton learns more about the area with each discovery/ analysis, though they tell nothing to the public (in their own interests). Each step a step of progress. On Dec. 22, 1998 Ashton and its joint venturers announced that a reconnaissance program of $7.4-million will be undertaken during 1999 on the Alberta projects. Let's hope they find some more kimberlites closer to the surface (my guess is that they will), and again with some shiny crystals therein! - It's slow, calculated work. Cheers, -j :>
