I like MOKA. DDRX trading up to $6 5/16 today, making MOKA deal worth $3.30/share. Stock is at $2 1/16, but look at volume building at the bid.

Marketwatch got the value wrong on the MOKA deal. They said $25 million, it's actually closer to $35 million:

$10,750,000 in cash.
1,667,000 in DDRX stock (currently at $6 5/16)
$14,250,000 worth of cash or a combination of cash and stock pending a successful completion of a secondary offering.

Total Value: $35,522,938.
MOKA has 10,760,000 shares outstanding, so deal value is $3.30/share to MOKA.
