Hi Buckey John,

I noticed that myself. I think with a new president it will put some
new life into the company for awhile anyway. It may attract some different people that have money, so that this company might be able to do something. Time will tell.

Mr. Richard Silas reports
Due to extreme negative conditions in the resource sector, the company is
presently considering opportunities and acquisitions in other industries which
would significantly redirect the activities of the company. In the interim, no further
funds will be used for the development or acquisition of mineral projects. Any
future acquisitions in the technology (Internet) or industrial sector will be subject to
approval by the VSE.
Effective, Feb. 10, 1999, the company has cancelled 50,000 director stock
options at 22 cents and has granted and applied for 525,000 director/employee
incentive stock options exercisable for two years at 15 cents per share.
