You have to call them and speak to an officer (if you can get through). It is one of the stocks on their list of 100% margin and not tradeable by computer or electronic phone.

CMGI: Waterhouse will not allow you to buy online...only sell! The reason is because the stock is too volatile. Reason STINKS but....

I use waterhouse and purchased some on line prior to the split, but you need to make arrangements for the local office to send you a bill to do it.
