JMT Disclosure statement was dated November 6th 1998. According to an e-mail I received, Vitmonta percentage was purchased for stock. PaceCo? I haven't got a clue. IMO it would take considerable faith(or a ton of shares) given the history of the stock price and the number of shares outstanding. So many things that were in past press releases have been left hanging that I am as lost as you if that <169> million shares is correct. What about the Russian joint venture?(500,000 pallets a month?) Mexican company that was mentioned? Data Cross Dock? If these planned ventures didn't happen or are being delayed it would be nice to have that clarified.
