Martin, I just look at the PEs of companies like AOL, DELL, CSCO. I am not saying they are overvalued---I just think relatively MSFT is way way undervalued. It has the most dominant market position. Don't use any complicated formula just my perception of what is happening "out there".
In addition, why we have so many big companies like IBM, ORacle, AOL all complaining to the DOJ----Personally i don't blame them. MSFT has been on a roll and can't be stopped with goverment intervention. In my opinion, the only thing DOJ can do is slow down the steam roller.

If there was no MSFT or INTEL--i would just buy some mutual funds.

BTW--I felt the same way about Dell being undervalued considering how much momentum it had---but stopped feeling this way this past November.
