I believe that at the maximum the oil sector could decline 20% more. But everything that could go wrong would have to go wrong for that to happen. I also believe that an average investor like myself has to be in some of these stocks at current prices and that you need to trade some of what you buy. Sell into strength and buy on weakness. I am hoping that the positive API #'s and some good earnings from FGI might move FGI a little tommorrow.
