Current float is 100k, Outstanding is 8.4mil. And around 300K traded so far... According to the header, they IPO's on Nov 12th and 3 months to the day, they declare a 4:1 div? Did you get a chance to ask if the other 8.4M O/S are tradeable? Were they restricted for, say, 3 months and are now tradeable? Congrats on your early morning trade and free shares. They are definitely worth keeping. However, until I get some more info on their stock structure and business plan, I think I'll pass at these levels.
