RE: ISSUED SHARES I am surprised to find out from the TA that the total amount of issued shares is 3,581,239. The restricted shares total 430,251. I guess the amount of the issued shares has not changed over the last few weeks. This information came from the TA. I don't know what the big block trades were yesterday if Spencer was not printing and selling shares. That is the problem with losing faith in management, now when I see things happen like they did yesterday, I assume Spencer is at it again. According to the TA the company did not issue any more shares.
