Occasionally I buy calls but am predisposed to
puts at these heights. Market is in a "tender"
area IMHO. Bonds are negatively feeding off
equities and several institutions/hedge funds appeared to
have sold SPoos in yesterday's decline. It remains
to be seen if the pit/market will test their
resolve and push higher or confirm their sales
with a further decline. Also too many bulls "expect"
a Clinton relief rally so probably won't happen.
If so, I'll be happy to reestablish puts at the
higher level. FWIW.
