Quarterly financials due out soon, holding my breath and hoping that milestone revenues missing from previous period help to make for good results. Ligand has a lot going on and it sure would be nice to hear some unexpected news/results which could take the share price firmly into another level, preferably up.

Well, you know, Bob, I own the stock myself. And, I'm not about to jump out a window because it's trading down, after having the run it's had. I'm sorry you apparently may have reacted differently.
And, I regret that I perhaps should have substituted the word "curious" or "interesting" for the word "funny" so as not to cause such angst on your part.
And, I was more interested in referencing overly ebullient investor behavior when the stock is in rally mode, rather than the plight of long investors when the stock is trading down all of 1/4 of a point. If such a size move upsets you, I hope you didn't buy LCOS at the close on Monday.

Robert,

You are getting out of line, lol - no "morbid kick" was meant nor implied. Wallace was posting in jest to my statement that even though LGND "traded" as high as 15 7/16 my sell order continues to sit there ignored and unfilled. He knew that and curiously may have been referring to the fact that maybe it may have been my (missed) order which "triggered" this top/ask - yet unfilled. I actually enjoy these obvious predictable price swings. If I hit it, good, - if not, I don't care since I like LGND long term.
