if you are using windows....

Select the text you want to copy
Then click on 'Edit | copy' in your browser.
Then create a post in SI and put the cursor in the area you type in.

then select Edit | paste in your browser, and all the text comes in.

you may have to format it

to put a link, just put the full url.

like this:

geocities.com

the above is basically an example. you can click on it and you end up at the destination link

if you do go there, wait for it to load and then check out the very last link on the page. (I've been thru the INS problem 3 times)... its never a lot of fun.

I think you mean another post here in SI, try this to post David's respond to you,

#reply-7754746, just use the,#reply-, preceeding the URL#

you pick up the respond # up in the URL, (don't click on #reply-) you get an ERROR.
