I believe this line of thinking will become more prevelent as more and more people become victim of the lack of service in the world of e-commerse. This is especialy obvious with the online brokerage firms at the moment, but is expanding to all areas. I believe that service oriented companies like AI will, in the long run, win out over their competitors that are price and quantity oriented.
