Christian, NASDAQ stocks under $10 are quoted in increments of 1/32. Yes, your order should be represented, but it's not. I doubt that the order you see is your order rounded up, but rather it's someone else's order. Your order is probably lost on Island. Don't bother calling Datek to complain. Their party line is "Orders never get lost on Island, and when they do it's the customers problem, not ours."

Well, Christian I don't know about your situation but I can tell you about a similar situation I recently had. I put in a market sale towards close on a stock moving slightly up. It was 4700 shares. I immediately recieved a trade confirmation with some crappy market price. Then, in the closing 15 min.s I watched as a 4700 bid kept moving up against increases in the price. Just before the close the 4700 got a buyer near the high. Most of the volumes were below 1000 shares so I'm quite suspicious Datek just 'handed me' a "sale" but then played the stock on the rise for 15 min.s to get the best price with my shares. If they'd done as I'd requested the 4700 would have off set buyers earlier and that would have held the stock down at close.
