They were recently spammed with a huge number of fake domain request, at least that is what I have heard.

No big deals closed lately, just trying to manage the deals we have...

As for Internic, they were recently hit with thousands of false requests for domains, and it has crippled their ability to process apps in a timely fashion. At least that it what I was tolds 3 weeks ago. There was also a message on their web site indicating the same.

If an address shows as being available at Internic's site, it is probably available, however, there could be an app being processed for that domain name.

Got to get back to work....

BTW, I am still waiting for the domain I filed for, I hope to get it this month, (approx 60 day wait!).
